Safety is a key issue in any business, even more so in the exceptional transport and large aerial platform hire sectors in which Marraffa and Werent respectively operate.
Protect me everywhere
Once again this year, on the occasion of the World Day for Health and Safety at Work, which falls on 28 April, Marraffa and Werent have organised a series of initiatives to promote a culture of safety in order to reduce and prevent accidents at work and occupational diseases.
Safety is an issue where nothing can be left to chance. In order to avoid unpleasant incidents, it is necessary to protect oneself, no prayer or holy card can help. This is why this year's awareness campaign has a visual that represents the main protective equipment used by Marraffa and Werent employees (helmet, harness, high-visibility waistcoat, gloves, goggles and safety shoes) with the headline "Ovunque Proteggimi" ("Protect me everywhere"), just like the iconic holy cards that we find in so many Italian cars, wallets and homes.
The campaign will live both online, with posts on the Marraffa and Werent social channels, and offline, through t-shirts, display panels inside the premises and stickers to be affixed on company vehicles.
Safety as a strategic value
Safety is one of the pillars on which Marraffa and Werent are founded, which is pursued through
- prevention: through important training and internal communication;
- protection: through the use of devices provided for by the relevant regulations.
Each employee is equipped with all the necessary tools to work in total safety, while the constant updating of the vehicle fleet, together with constant maintenance of the same, guarantee adequate machines in terms of performance and safety.
Health and safety at work represent strategic corporate values for Marraffa and Werent; a continuous investment, so that all operators can carry out their tasks without any risk for themselves and those around them.
